FTB+Universal Electricity modpack idea

I've got a quick question I want to ask regarding modpacks.

Would it be possible if someone could be able to put together both the standard FTB mods and the Universal Electricity mods and have them work together in one Minecraft playthrough and if it is possible, be able to make a modpack that includes all the FTB mods and the Universal Electricity mods in one pack? (Assuming that the upcoming Ultimate pack doesn't already do this)

I have managed to put most of the Universal electricity mods in except for the actual universal electricity bit :L. Obviously this makes the other mods practically unplayable as the main UE mod has most of the things needed. If someone could help fix that then you can do it

I've seen some people say they have done it, with some ID changing. Unfortunately, it can't be distributed unless you get permissions from all the mod makers. And no, it is not in the Ultimate pack.
