Mac FTB Ultimate

Somethings up! Everytime I launch the FTB Ultimate Pack, it loads and the console is doing find then after a minute or so it times out and nothing happens. This happened after I tried using the Soartex Fanver texture pack while playing the server. I'm not sure if that was the problem but I'm wondering if it can be fix!

Am I just completely stupid and don't know anything about macs, but why does it read "[INFO] LaunchFrame.main:172: OS: x86 Windows Vista 6.0" in the log if you have a mac?

E: More appropriate question would be, why would anyone run a 32bit Vista if they have a mac?

Could be bootcamp, but I agree if you have windows you want Java version 7. Only if you are using MacOS do you want Java version 6.

Follow this step-by-step guide for installing the loader and Java. You want it in its own folder not in your downloads folder.

I'm not a computer kind of person, but I'm using a mac computer but using bootcamp rather than the regular desktop.
