FTB Ultimate server crash

Me and my friends have been playing on my server for a couple of weeks, however a few nights ago it crashed and now it just won't start at all. I've raised a ticket through the support desk but the guy didn't seem to know what the problem was and advised me to post here.
I've uninstalled and re-downloaded Java and the FTB client, and downloaded a fresh server from the launcher. I ran the server with a new world and it loaded fine, but when I copied my existing world across it just crashed again. Here's the server log: http://pastebin.com/p5gJC4KB

My crash doesn't seem to be caused by the forestry thing, but I checked the config file anyway and mine is already set to genetics.clear.invalid.chromosomes=true
So that's not really going to help.

You have a conductive pipe connected to a Gregtech machine that doesn't have a kinetic generator upgrade. You can use a world edit program like MCedit to remove the conductive pipe and the world should work again.
