FTB Ultimate crash please help

This is what i have.

Mod Pack: Ultimate
Mod & Version: Recommended

Whats the bug? The ForgeModLoader state engine has become corrupted
Can it be repeated?yes
Known Fix: no know fix
I have tryed every thing frome deleting and reinstalling Minecraft and Feed The Beast to uninstalling and Re-installing Jave. Ithink it might be a java issue because it also says:: Exception in server tick loop

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\bishop\Downloads\Ultimate\minecraft\saves\New World123\chickenchunks\loginTimes.dat (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open)::
but i am not sure on this for i have uninstalled and re-installed java 32-bit, and java 64-bit

I'm not sure how to fix, maybe someone here will

this crash happens all the time so i can get it again if need be.

try deleting the following files and running again

C:\Users\bishop\Desktop\FTB\Ultimate\minecraft\saves\New World123\chickenchunks\loginTimes.dat
C:\Users\bishop\Desktop\FTB\Ultimate\minecraft\saves\New World123\GT_IDSU_Energyvalues.dat

That's odd. Deleting them was the only way I knew to fix this problem. I'll have to look into it a little more.

I have looked every where and I'm stumped. That's why I'm here.

Update 8-13-2013 @ 2024 I think that I have resolved the issue. I had to disable chicken chunks from the mod pack.
so far everything has been okay no crashes yet i will keep you informed
