FTB Ultimate 1.4.7 to Unleashed 1.5.2 with Gregtech

Hi !
I'm curently using the FTB Ultimate modpack and I really want to upgrade my minecraft to FTB unleashed in 1.5.2 with (or without if it's impossible) Gregtech
Do you know any way (Hard or Easy) to transfert my whole map on this version. I did a lot of research but i didn't find anything.

The porblem comes from redpower doesn't exist in 1.5.2 so you will lose all these items (and items from others mods too).

Plus gregtech changed a whole lot so it will be very different from 1.4.7 GT.

I didn't use redpower and I don't really care about this mod but my game still crash when I try tu launch my old map on my new Minecraft
Any solution ?

You won't be able to upgrade from 1.4. to 1.5. The Ultimate pack is locked meaning is it not forwards or backwards compatible. There are many ID's changed as well and some mods are straight up not forward compatible. Given that mods like XYcraft and RP2 will be missing doesn't make it any better. The FTB team themselves have stated that a world reset shall be required. This is one downside to modded minecraft, world resets are much more common.
