Today I tried to start up my FTB server just like any other day and this came up:

I'm new to server hosting and I have no idea what to do.
All I know is that now I cannot access my server.

Try this:
Uninstall Java 6 and install Java 7 instead.

If that won't help, post a new console log on pastebin.com.
As to how to get the log, check out this resource.
