Запустил мир открыл квесты , там пишется loading guide , и так бесконечно . Может там нет квестов?

We can only really give support here in English, but as I'm trying to learn Russian I'm in a generous mood so will answer your question. FTB Revelations does not include quests, it's a kitchen sink pack.
