FTb "Not Responding"

Title pretty much sums it up. Everytime open the ftb launcher, choose the pack I want to play and click Launch, the console opens fine, but the actual game just stays on a white screen and says Not Responding at the top of the window. Any help would be great. http://pastebin.com/iSkB6Pha. Here is the logs from the console when I start everything up. I will try to answer questions best I can.

Ddue, chill, someone will look into this when they see it and/or find an answer to it. Nobody here is on 24/7 :/

E: Delete the launcher and assorted files (appdata/roaming) and redownload the launcher. After that, if it still throws the "not responding", just let it load a bit longer, like leave it there and go eat some food or play another game for a while.

Ok, turns out my regualr minecraft is also having the same problem. It doesn't respond either when I open it.

if it's regular minecraft too it could be a java problem what version do you have?

I forced an update on the launcher and now it seems to work. I have no idea why, but now I feel like an idiot.
