Problem FTB Monster Server encountering error

After what was maby two months or so, my old FTB Monster server repeatedly encountered an error when i tried to start the console.

This is was where the problem occurred in my console:

This wasn't a problem before the couple months had past, but now I'm not able to play on my server at all. Please help!

downgrade to java 7 or get the legacy fixer:
http://files.minecraftforge.net/LegacyJavaFixer/legacyjavafixer-1.0.jar

Ah! I have encountered another problem: When my friends try to join my server which I am able to join normally, they lose connection and receive this error:

internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: socket write error

I'm not sure what this means. Please help!
