Problem FTB Monster 1.1.1 lagging

Hello this question is rather vague however I'm just seeking information on how to find the lag causes.

I have a FTB monster server and I used opis to remove anything causing lag however the lag persists at a unsatisfactory 6TPS according to mcpc.

What I want to know is what to do in order to find lagg causing sources?

Also the only mods disabled are Computercraft and mystcraft, could there be any more mods causing extreme lag?

I ask because opis can't find any items causing lag so I'm clueless :/

I had this item the other day and it ended up being because the server somehow ended up trying to start the MC server multiple times, so there was 7 instances of java running.

Login via SSH and run top to see if you might be having the same issue. Just suggesting this as your issue sounds similar to mine, using MCPC+ and Opis wasn't finding anything.

there is no fix as yet for it, we have logged it with MCPC to get there input
