FTB Monster 1.1.1 Doesn't seem to unload chunks randomly

It seems like the server doesn't unload chunks sometimes.

/chunkloaders gives this:

Is the chunkloader viewer bugged or what is going on?

I am getting a couple of random "Can't keep up" With only two players online. It's not really lagging at all though. Not that I've noticed anyway.

For anyone else wondering. It's the "ChickenChunks.cfg" file in the config folder that contains the variable cleanuptime=0. apparently it used to be cleanuptime=1200.

Just started playing Monster, SSP, and I've been getting a seemingly "lot" of chunk-loading delays where I get the x-ray vision thing. Is that Mojang, is that the modpack, or is that my rig? I only bring it up here because it seems to my naive way of thinking that it may be related? Normally the chunks "pop in" after a while, but I've been experiencing episodes where only a re-log can fix the line of missing chunks.

Another thing I've noticed, I got flight ability from Advanced Genetics and when I fly around the Twilight Forest, all the trees are pruning their tree leaves back (I'm certain that's the mod that removes the tree leaves immediately once you chop one down) and boy is that increasing the lag. The AG flight is really slow (compared to MPS which I can really zoom around fast) and even still the chunks are just sloooow. I think its due to the leaf pruning algorithm, it has a lot to do in TF. I know all the trees in TF really lag it bad. Who knows.
