FTB Mod Pack - Updated Changelog. Please?

I would like to request an updated changelog for the FTB Mod Pack that was released last night.

* What mods were added/removed?
* What ID's were changed?
* What configs were changed?
* What bugs were fixed?


I'm sorry if this was requested before but I have not found one by searching.

Server or client, cos basically they were all set back to default on both

Is there a way to downgrade?
If yes, how?

The only approved and confirmed way to downgrade is to save a copy of the launcher before updating.
