Solved FTB Infinity server won't run

I have recently been having numerous issues with my home run server, each of which I think I have fixed, but every time I do, a new one comes up.
I recently updated my java to fix an error causing the server to not run, and now I am getting a different error:
"C:\Users\Yeldarb\Desktop\server attempt>if NOT "" == "yes" ()
No java binary in path. Can't run server, exiting...
Press any key to continue . . ."

if you use java 8. then change back to java 1.7 there are issues with java 8 still.
Users on my server had issues caused by Java 1.8 R40

I downgraded to java 7; and this error now appears to have gone, yet another has appeared, so I will make a seperate post for that
