Problem FTB Infinity Evolved Server Game crashes when using Witchery's Crystal Ball

I run a server for my friends and me to play on. When my friend tries to use Witchery Crystal Ball to view other players perspective his games crashes. However, it only seem to happen when he tries to view my POV and not someone else. At first he didn't have this problem, but now he does. We're unsure as to why this happens and can't seem to find a clear answer as to why his game starts to crash.
