Problem ftb infinity 1.3.1 server wont start up

so hello every one im currently trying to update my server to version 1.3.1 of the infinity pack but its crashing upon start up ill provide a past been to both the console log and thae crash report

Your Cauldron version: Cauldron-MCPC-Plus-1.7.10-1.1236.05.212 uses Forge 1236 while The mod TConstruct (Tinkers' Construct) requires mod versions [Forge@[10.13.2.1291,11.14)] to be available.

I am having a different issue the server tells me

and i dont really get what exactly is missing... i tried both the libaries i got from the 1.3.1 update and the old ones from 1.2.0 neither work ;<

Did you run the FTBinstall?

no i never do that when i update my server
ok running the install seems to have done the trick... don't know why never had to do that before ^^

Yes, by updating Cauldron.
