FTB Freezes

I have had FTB for about 2 months now without any problems. Yesterday I started having problems with it. Every time i go to join my friends server it will load up, allow me to look around and then it freezes. I have not changed anything about my computer as far as hardware or software goes. Since the problem started I removed FTB and re-installed it, updated Java and restarted my computer numerous times. The most recent time I had the problem I uploaded my log to pastebin, here is the url : http://pastebin.com/KqT2J33u. I am not sure what to look for in the log to determine my problem, so if anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

The resources folder minecraft uses did not download correctly. Backup your saves. You can either delete the modpack folder and try again. Or you can try copying over the resources folder from your vanilla install if you have one or one of the other modpacks that installed properly. The resources folder is just inside the minecraft folder and contains a lot of sound files and some others.
