FTB Crashes after walking for a while, and you can't get back on the same server

Details of the issue:
So on my ftb server, when someone walks a great distance to find a house, their ftb crashes. Every time they try to re-log onto the server after that point it crashes. If I go and delete their history on the server, then they can reconnect. This has also happened to me when doing the same thing. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? Is it possible that I didn't set up the server correctly? Thanks for any help.​

Prolly an issue with a chunk/an entity within that chunk. Would need to have the logs to be sure tho.
