FTB Beyond taking damage for no apperent reason

so as the title says i'm taking about 1/5 to 2 hearts of damage for no apperent reason, so for scientific reasons i decided to let myself die from thias spontanious damage and the death message said "soul became to weak" so dafuq does this mean?
 
One of the new packs, Beyond and/or Direwolf20 has the mod that adds poison oak/ivy...
 
Could also be Blood Magic, if you have an altar setup and some ritual/spell running that has drained your player LP pool you will start getting dizzy and taking damage.
 
That sounds like a Blood Magic thing to me. Does it still happen after you respawn? What were you doing when it started?
