Summary of the problem Free items in survival mode from JEI

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? If I click on a recipe in JEI, I get a stack of that item. (I have cheating mode enabled while creating the world. My skyfactory version is 3.0.1)

You have cheat mode enabled. It's literally in your post.

Cheat mode does not respect gamemodes. Otherwise having it would be pointless
 
In skyblock 2.5 I had also cheats enabled while creating the world and not have to switch it off in JEI. Thats why I think it's maybe a bug. If it's no bug, the topic can be closed.
