Hello everyone!
Before I say anything else: This mod is not my own, and I take NO CREDIT for it! The original mod post can be found here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1518185-162-sspsmp-mouse-tweaks-22/ any and all praise for the mod itself should go to the original author!

Just wanted to suggest the use of this mod for any and all FTB players! I've been using it recently and I have to say its quite nice to have similar mouse features to 1.5+ available while playing FTB. Basically it adds some ease-of use functionality to the inventory system via a more comfortable mouse interaction system. You can shift-click and drag through items in a chest, inventory or crafting grid in lieu of having to click individual items repeatedly, which can become fatiguing (especially if you suffer from Carpal Tunnel, or severe Tennitis as I do.) and tedious. You can find plenty more information in the original post above, as well as directions on how to configure the mod to your liking.

A 1.4.7 compatible version of the mod can be downloaded from here:
http://www.9minecraft.net/mouse-tweaks-mod/
Near the bottom of the page. Simply place the zip file in your "mods" directory inside the minecraft folder for the mod pack in question, Forge'll do the rest.

I haven't found any mod incompatibility with this - since it directly affects the way the mouse interacts with inventory tiles. It isn't item ID reliant, and only wants a standard inventory tile to work with (obviously mods with their own special inventory tiles may be unaffected by the changes this mod offers)
