FML Problem

Hello, I have a problem with forge mod loader :

It downloads some files everytime i launch my modpack (New World modpack), it would'nt be annoying if the download was short, but its soooo long, something like 5-10mins, EVERYTIME.

It may be normal, I havent played FTB last 3 months, so I don't really know, tell me please, that's annoying as f*** ^^'

Your first link helped, seems like i had to place the ftb launcher in the ftb folder, it was working fine before with it outside of the folder, so maybe its the second thing i have done, run as administrator, even if im already an administrator.
Anyway, thanks, you can lock this.
