Summary of the problem Fluid Cow limit?

Pack Version 2.5.4

What is the bug? While we have gotten 14 Fluid Cows -- it does not appear possible to spawn more ANYWHERE in the overworld. Is there some undocumented limit on the total Fluid Cows that can spawn?

Is it repeatable? Yes. We have created numerous lit, grass platforms in a variety of biomes without one more fluid cow spawning anywhere. We have tried both chunkloading/leaving the area and staying various distances away from the pads (up to 96 blocks) for extended periods of time with all of the areas we've tried.

Known Fix Unknown.

Mob cap?

Plenty of Ocelots show up in the jungle biomes and regular mobs too.

There is a mob cap limit. Move then to another dimension so that more will spawn. If you have not gotten there yet then if possible safari net them.

As stated earlier in the thread, there is a cap to how many mobs can spawn. Either move them, capture them, or kill them to get more to spawn.
