Summary of the problem Flour, Flour, & Wheat Flour compatiblity

What is the bug? Flour produced from wheat by different methods is not compatible with some machines and cake. Flour versions are from from Natura, EnderIO, and AE2.
Flour 4827:8 (from Sag Mill & Witches Oven)
Wheat Flour 4372:2 (from Crafting & Witches Oven)
Flour 4132:4 (from Grindstone, Pulverizer, Crusher, Witches Oven)
This ultimately causes compatibility problems in making Cake and Bread for some combinations.
Per NEI:
Flour 4827: 8 can make bread via Smelting, Redstone Furnace, Alloy Smelter. Cannot be used for Cake.
Wheat Flour 4372:2 can make bread via Smelting, Redstone Furnace, Alloy Smelter. CAN be used for Cake.
Flour 4132:4 can make Bread via Smelting, Alloy Smelter, but NOT Redstone Furnace. Cannot be use for Cake.
(Barley Flour is separate and should also be looked at, as it does make Cake, AND makes Bread via Smelting, Redstone Furnace, Alloy Smelter, but can only be made via crafting table & witches oven).

Is it repeatable? Yes.
Known Fix This might be fixable via an OreDict entry. But both the grinding of the wheat & barley and the cooking of Bread & Cake would all need reconciled.
Basically, it's confusing and unnecessarily complicated.
