First time server owner looking for help with his server. [Skype]

Hey fourms, Me and my buds recently got a server from creeperhost, And we'd like to have it open, But all of us combined know basic-ly nothing about plugins on FTB, we'd like to have PEX, And Tekkitcustomizer to ban some items, But we dont know how to get these plugins to work, or how to install Forgebukkit or MCPC+ So if someone could guide me though this, and help get our server off the ground, i'd give em Trial mod, and my infinte love
