Minefactory reloaded's Item Router can also do that, though I am unsure if it works with other mods conveyor belts.

A Filtered Hopper from Refined Relocation works well, and a Extra Utilities transfer node with world interaction upgrade and filter does too.

Ender IO's Vacuum chest will also get a filter upgrade: https://github.com/CrazyPants/EnderIO/issues/991

Well Didnt know Ender IO had Vacuum Chests but had the same idea with extra utils
