first: is there anyway to automate repairing of weapons i get from mob farms?

second: one of my farms uses a killer joe from ender io to kill and i was looking for any weapon that i could just leave in there and not have to worry about fixing it( i tried the ender with a wireless charger near by but it uses the durability not the charge)

Pumping them through a cyclic assembler, works but it removes enchants. If you're using grinders, the auto-anvil can repair with XP.

Honestly though, unless you're collecting enchants, it's probably better to just trash them.

1. I believe that Extra Utilities' autocrafting mechanic can do this, which would be one of the easiest methods. Though, I still prefer dumping them in the trash can. What do you need them for?

2. Redstone arsenal has a sword. Also, The Ender's charge upgrade just makes most damage to the tool be taken out of the charge. It actually uses 25% durability(iirc) and 75% charge.

Extra Utilities Advanced Filing Cabnet. Holds basically anything that doesn't stack: Weapons, Tools, Armor, Enchanted Books, Thaumcraft Essences, Thaumcraft Manabeans, Filled buckets, etc.

No, that's not really being a packrat. Having a 40 block tall stack of barrels filled with cobble, is being a pack rat. Then I met the DSU and it was love at first storage. :D

One advanced Filing Cabinet will work, but they're depressingly expensive. Basic filing cabinets will work I believe, as long as it's all the same item, regardless of the meta data. So you'd need one for swords, shovels, axes, and one for each material, so stone, iron and gold for example.

See if a Tinker's Sword will go in, because two levels of moss should keep it in good repair.

well as far as cobblestone goes i almost have my first octuple compressed cobblestone

and deep storage units are amazing, i store a lot of my stuff in them and put a sign on the front to label them.

and the tinkers swords do not work, tried the cutlass and the broadsword at least

I use Bibilocraft Labels myself.

Hmmm... I know that if you use an Autonomous Activator and a sword that runs on mana it'll draw from a mana tablet in the same block. Not something that can be done with Killer Joes I don't think. Might consider automated creation of stone swords. They won't last long, but they're basically free.
