"Honey Nut Cheerios" or "Honey Bunches of Oats (with Almonds)" FTW.

I also like most types of chips, if it's later in the day.

For liquid refreshment I like Coffee or Cranberry juice. If it's evening I'll have beer or Coffee with a bit of premium rum liberally added.
