Summary of the problem fairy lights - Step ladder gives flying not allowed bug

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? if you climb up the ladder walk off it determines you are flying.

Mod & Version skyfacroty 3.0.1

Is it repeatable? not entirely sure but it took quite a bit to get off the ladder since i was being kicked.
