Extreme lag

Well when I play the FTB modpack I get tons and tons more lag than I normally do when I open an instance in MultiMC. And it also says I'm running it on 32bit java, but I have 64bit :S

Import the FTB Mod Pack Minecraft folder into MultiMC. Does that help?
