[Extra Utils.] How to restore max health after creating a soulfragment by mistake?

Hello, I managed to create a soul fragment by mistake and I'm wondering how i correct my error. Any way that works is fine. Anyone whom have solved this perhaps?

I dont wanna run around with to little HP. How do i restore this? I dont mind if i need to edit a config file i just need to get my health back!

If yo go into NEI's page for Extra Utilites, you will find a soul fragment that is creative only. Use that in survival mode to gain your health back.

that did not work :/ don't know if its a thing in the config, i found a setting that resets the health after a death that was set to false so i changed that and restarted the server and died so I'm good,now! Thanks for the help sir!
