This is why modpack and version number are critical in debugging.

Tekkit 1.2.9f

That said, this doesn't seem like a 'debugging' problem, it seems more like I might have something set up incorrectly. I have made different turbines before (one specifically at 2000mB/t) that work fine, it is just this design that is, for some reason, faulty.

Wow that version is ancient...

See, you say that, but this is a version that me and my 'mates just downloaded a little over a week ago... there has been only one update (that I have been notified of) since then, however I have not implemented it yet until all of us can agree that we want to upgrade the server first.

So... you are telling me that the version we have been playing is severely out of date? Eh... nevermind... wouldn't surprise me.

At any rate... does this alone account for the inconsistency I am having with turbines in general? As far as I can tell, everything is as it should be... reiterating again... the reactor is producing 1800mB/t, the pipes are transferring 2000mB/t (in both directions), and the turbine is configured to process 1800mB/t, yet I have to run it for hours on end just to get a measly 50rpm?

Is this a confirmed bug from this version? Or is something else wrong?

As old as it is, the only real advice I can offer is update. You could scour through the MCF post if you were so inclined, but either way, the workaround is still to update.

According to the official website (http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/tekkitmain.552547) they are actually, in fact, in version 1.2.9g, which... following the alphabet, I am willing to bet is 1 version after 1.2.9f, in which case this:

Is, in fact, accurate. I will be combing through the changelog now, but it would seem the modpack version is up to date, unless you meant the mod version (which is v0.3.0A)

Big Reactors latest version is 0.4.3A. Your pack is running on 1.6.4, no? In terms of the modded community, that's almost a TRex. Things move fast, and even if the modpack is the latest version, most of the mods will have updated since it was pushed last, and in this case, Minecraft itself has had a version update.

When we say, wow, that's old, that's what we refer to.
