Agreed, which is why I usually disable AA if I can in a pack. Otherwise, like you, I'll have better things to do than figure out water. But seriously, I have much more interesting things to do then build a Rube Goldberg machine just to provide water to a boiler. Boring, yes. But it gets the job done.
Only pack I have had to do that is Crash Landing.... I like the pack, and I like the concept, I just don't like hardcore mode... I would like to be able to die a few times if I need to (dying from an unexpected mob on night one...)Agreed, which is why I usually disable AA if I can in a pack. (Figuring out water is reasonably interesting if you're actually forced to do it)
And then I flooded the overworld with villagers. I think I spawned a total of about 1k villagers, with around 300 per wave. All thanks to the Mob Essence Age.@Gideonseymour remember when you created a mystcraft mob essence age, and gloried in your sucess, but then it turned out to be unstable? (then i got trapped :C)
the meat age.
Why does that not surprise me?Blood age.
A meat age sounds wonderfully useful. Infinite food and building materials! And then I flooded the overworld with villagers. I think I spawned a total of about 1k villagers, with around 300 per wave. All thanks to the Mob Essence Age.
On the bright sight, the meat age and Blood ages were stable.
Shun the nonbeliever.I never saw the point in liquid meat
Wait, this is great, siggy'd!! One can never over-engineer things. One can merely make things explode from too much awesome.
It doesn't appear to have any practical useShun the nonbeliever.
Shove it in a meat packer to get raw meat ingots. Cook them and you get something better then steak. Also, reactant dynamo. It doesn't appear to have any practical use
Those things are great for creative power generation.Oh, that thing I never use
Meh, how I usually do RF generation:Those things are great for creative power generation.
Meanwhile I prefer if things explode.Meh, how I usually do RF generation:
Steam Dynamo until I get a Wind Turbine (Mekanism) and then make a butt-tonne of them, and maybe a few solar generators... nice and boring
Meanwhile I prefer if things explode.
Mobgriefing on in Running Red: Explained.
Good ol' Nether lava has covered you here as well, you can even use it to power Botania... nice and boring
Oh no, if I am powering something off of Botania, it'll be the Hippie DynamoGood ol' Nether lava has covered you here as well, you can even use it to power Botania
There you go:Oh no, if I am powering something off of Botania, it'll be the Hippie Dynamo

- Added the Mana Fluxfield, a way to convert from Mana to RF. And I'm sure as all hell not doing it backwards.
