Bug Error while loading FTB Infinity.

When I try to run FTB Infinity, I get "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working" when it gets to CoFH Core. Any way to fix this?
 
What pack, how much RAM is dedicated, how much RAM does your computer have, and has it worked before?
 
Now when I load it(Lower Version) There's a small square in the bottom left corner and the rest of the window is black. Any fix for that?
 
Stupid question time...

Did you just update Java and if so did you load a 64-bit version?
 
Have you updated your video drivers recently, I have had that all black except for the corner issue before and updating the drivers fixed it.
