ENDER POUCH ISSUE?! =[

Hey guys, im fairly new to FTB and have learned many things the hard way. Now although i know what most of you will say, "RESEARCH BEFORE YOU DO SOMETHING" yeah i know that. But im here looking to see if any one of you guys can help or if there is any solution!

So I play on a FTB Server called 8bit. We are on the Ultimate Pack.

ISSUE:
So i made an Ender Pouch and opened it up and put my Adv. Diamond Drill, Adv. Chainsaw, Omni Wrench and Dia Sword in it, and they all disappeared. (Take into account i have never made a enderchest) So i wasn't too freaked out at this point. I figured all i had to do was create an Enderchest. Well I did and sure enough, NOTHING!! Okay at this point I open up youtube and learn the Diamond hook trick and right clicking ur pouch to sync the pouch and enderchest together with the color coding. After doing all that, I still have no success at retrieving my lost Items. The pouch and Enderchest work perfectly fine now but is there any way to retrieve my items that I lost prior to the syncing?? Or did my items possibly go to someone else's chest?? ={ im completely devasted and any feedback would be great. Thanks!

The unique purpose of ender pouches is to be linked to specific ender chests the content of which they will share. They have no purpose on their own and, other than ender chests, do not work as independent containers. So I am afraid the items you put into the pouch are now in Minecraft nirvana.
I'm sorry for you. It's just as you said: you learnt it the hard way.

/Edit:
Come to think of it, I only play singleplayer FTB, so I lack experience in the MP situation you describe. Although I'd be surprised, there may still be a little hope left for your items after all. Let's wait and see what others have to say :)

Most likely you had the enderpouch still set to white white white, and someone on the server has a system to take everything out of the white white white enderchest and add it to their inventory.

You could talk to the server admin about it, but that is the way the ender pouches/chests/tanks work.
