Edges of tiles have black outlines

Also I am getting low fps on a decent PC,
Specs:
RAM: 16 GB DDR3
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
HDD: 2TB
SSD: 64GB Samsung​

For the outline issue, try using default textures. Does it work properly with that?

No, tried and the outlines were still there.
