Soooo I started the Direwolf20 mod pack at the same time as Direwolf20 started his new LP, same seed, and I am following along in everything for a bit of fun, but I do a few other things while I wait for the next episodes.
Annnnyways, I saw the new portal gun recipe (OUCH) and was sad that I couldn't get my portal gun. I am playing completely legit... no hacking it in lol.
So I started running through mystcraft worlds since he always did that off camera, and later created me a fun world to mess around in (flat, always day, one biome meadow, villages,etc,etc). I wont go into too many details. I found, just off the side of a nearby village, a large thaumcraft 3 greatwood tree, but this one had spiderwebs scattered about it (that was new to me at the time, now i know better).
So yes, I got attacked by a few psychotic cave spiders. After a good 30 min of almost dying here and there, I finally found the spawner (damn you Azanor lol). Right underneath the spawner was the "dungeon" chest.
What's inside? A few odds and ends, and a freaking "Atlas' Portal Gun" (slight name similarity merely a coincidence). Woot! Now I can run around my DW20 world with a portal gun again!
