DW20 1.6.4 pack. no glowstone block for mystcraft?

I have been through 54 random ages so far, I gave up and tried to spawn a glowstone block page from creative mode, but that symbol isn't available, is it disabled? I looked in the symbols.cfg under config/mystcraft, but I could not find a setting for it. has it been completely removed?

I don't think it's been removed from mystcraft, I've tried mystcraft with some other mods outside of FTB and the page shows up as "glowstone block" so I have to assume it's a config change or conflict with one of the other mods.

Can't find it in the config file, Can you look in your symbols.cfg and see if you have an entry there for it? paste it here and in which section you found it. it might have been removed by mistake by the dev team

It's called "lightgem" and is on line 303 in my config:

B:modmat_tile.lightgem.enabled=true

I don't see it in the config, but I do have it in the creative spawned "All symbols" and "Modifiers, Block" books. It is Page (Glowstone Block)

I am DW20 1.6.4 v1.0.11 ( and I don't think Mystcraft has changed for quite a few versions of the pack. )

I did go through the Symbols config and changed everything to true, so it's possible it is under an unusual name that I haven't found yet. I searched for both glow and stone separately. I did find a TE glowstone liquid symbol.

Did you get new creative books? The pages are generated when you spawn the book, so if you did it before making the change, they will not have the page even after the change.

I did in fact make a new modifier, blocks book, it wasn't in there, searching for it in the pages section of the creative thing doesn't have it either

You're looking for Glowstone Block in the books right? For me it's between "Glass Block" and "Glue Block" though if you don't have glue, you should have "Gold Ore Block"

yes, there's glass, then gold, no glow

Alright, can you try changing the gold ore to false, and logging in to see if it changes that.

B:modmat_tile.oregold.enabled should be the one.

You did fully close your game first, make the change, then load it again, correct?

I'm thinking you might be editing the wrong one. I know I have like 12 different modpack folders

What modpack are you using?

You say server...as in a separate server? Changes need to be made on both client and server.

The location for the config from your ftb install should be:

Direwolf20_1_6_4/minecraft/config/mystcraft

Also, my home internet just went down, so I might be a bit slower to respond as I type this on my phone

how do you make a new set of books? is this automatic when you start with a new config?
