Is there anything in the new pack that makes moving bases easier? Similar to the dolly in other earlier packs? The closest I have seen are AA storage crates with a consumable upgrade but hate the whole consumable part. Is there anything re-usable and better?

There's a Wand that is supposed to be able to move stuff. I haven't used it yet so don't know how good it is at doing that.
Yes, that's the one... As configured in Direwolf20 it has to be charged with RF, but there are other charging options in the config file, including not having to be charged at all.
