This has happened twice on my server it's just a friend and me. The first time he had just placed a new dark oak wooden chest on top of an old vanilla minecraft chest that was full and half of the vanilla chest's contents disappeared. I checked the server console and there was nothing. The second time I had 2 Ender IO item conduits moving items into 2 Iron Chests which had filled up. I was moving items from a 3rd Iron Chest into them. I came back from mining and found that one of the Ender IO conduits wasn't rendering so I logged out and back in the conduit still wasn't rendered and both chests were empty however the remaining contents from the 3rd chest had gone into them. Also my crusher from Extra Utilities 2 was suddenly telling me that I didn't own it. The generator and furnace were fine. I haven't been able to reproduce this and there was nothing in the console that would suggest anything had happened or gone wrong. The 2 instances happened about a 12 hours or so apart.
