You can actually get quite a decent 'puter for relatively cheap nowadays, espec. if you utilize sales and stuff and buy the components from multiple different sources :3

Yeah I know that :/ my dad wants to wait until windows 10 comes out to get one because a downloaded version when it comes out(onto a computer which has windows 7) apparently isn't as good as a clean install of one -_-
