Summary of the problem Draconic Chest Item Removing Glitch

Pack Version 1.1.0

What is the bug? when you place an draconic chest with stuff in it. trough a dispenser on the ground. The items get removed.

Is it repeatable? Yes

Known Fix -
 
There is issues with Dispensers and Inventories in 1.12 at the moment. Still waiting on a fix, but have been for months.
