Title doesnt complete download

Details of the issue I have tried various ways to fix like uninstalling ALL files of the launcher off the computer. it didn't fix it. The download stops at 7/7 and 2299/two thousand something. it stops at the same point every time. I know I have enough memory. I have a one terabyte storage and 8 gigs of ram. the launcher worked yesterday but today it stopped working. Thank you if you can fix this problem.

You need to allocate at least 4GB of RAM, currently you are allocating 2GB (2048M)
