Do tesseracts conduct red pipe signal?

I'm trying to move my system from pipes everywhere to tesseracts zapping items and power around, but my system is dependent on gates and red pipe signal to figure out when fuel and items should be sent. Will that be possible through tesseracts?

No tesseracts don't transmit redstone.

You could move to logistics pipes, those work through tesseracts.

Expanding on what you said. Wireless redstone allows for (as the title says) wireless redstone, gates allow signal to be transfered from redstone to red pipe signal.

What pack are you playing? While wireless redstone can be used I suspect to replace complex pipe wire contraptions you might well have to build wireless redstone setups that rival the complexity of the pipe network you want to simplify.
Maybe whatever you do with pipe wire can be done in an entirely different way.
