Problem Disabling Vethea

FTB/ RPG Immersion

How do I disable Vethea? Disable items from that hell-spawn-buggy modlet?

Seriously, I need to disable Vethea from the FTB/RPG-Immersion. One mistake by a user placing an object from that modlet into the world causes the server to fail booting. ( Example: http://pastebin.com/DrFamYiE)

If I do get into a jam, Another thread mentioned removing the offending item. How?

You can use MCEdit to remove the entity. I have not used the RPG pack but I would assume there is some option in the config.

About disabling Vethea? I checked the version on FTB download and it seems behind the latest version of DivineRPG.

Perhaps the Vethea bugs have been rectified, but I'm wondering if any other FTB-admins are able to patch?

If not, which file can I edit to remove Vethea from the mod? (I've searched and nothing obvious jumps out).

Do I need to tear apart the .jar and rebuild it without Vethea?

I'll keep digging, but if you know a simple way to disable Vethea world/objects I'd appreciate it!

I'll settle for the source tree for DivineRPG to fix the problem. Where is the source? Is it open? I'm searching but coming up empty.

I'm still trying to solve this problem.

What is the work-around to disabling Vethea modlet from RPG Imersion ModPack ?

Could the guy (gal) who put together the RPG Imersion modpack speak to this?

This isn't a hallucination. Vethea will make the server crash because of an item(s) in that modpacklet that have bugs. I don't mean this in a bad way -- bugs happen, but there needs to be a workaround to remove the offending code so that the whole modpack minus Vethea can still run. If not then the entire modpack is not really worth the trouble (why have a server that is known to crash on demand?)

A source code drop of the ModPack is ideal. More hands (and brains) looking at the problem might solve it quicker than this. Consider it.

So.. to the Illuminati of FTB -- release the Modpack source or let me know how to get on the team to fix the bug(s) that prevent Vethea from operating as intended.

(This is about the FTB blessed version of the Modpack, not the other publicly accessable ModPack for RPG Immersion).

Your working with old mods RPG 1.6 is being worked on so the devs pretty much always say update to the latest because the truth is its fixed in the latest and back-porting fixes are pretty much never worth the effort on the dev's side.

But if you just need to stop certain block placement there are mods/plugins that will do it.
