Disable explosions completely?

is there a way to disable all kinds of explosions (in Direwolf20), including plasma cannon, mining laser and so on? As I use mcpc+ bukkit plugins are possible, too! thanks.

At least the plasmacannon can be set to 0.00mC, causing the shot to not destroy blocks. The mining laser also offers different modi, though all of them still destroy/mine blocks. It's a mininglaser, after all. ;) Not sure if there's a mod/plugin that disables all kinds of explosion.
