Disable/block specific craft

I hope i post in the good section,
i want to desactivate or block specific craft,
for exemple the mining laser,
but without desactivate the mod IC2.
I' m ask there is a mode config or manip for do that.

Yes because i can block nuke, but por exemple not tnt, or mining laser.

I believe removing the item id of the item from the server side configurations removes the item or at least prevents new ones being made
