Problem Direwolf20 v19 MCPC+ doesn't work?

When i add MCPC+ to direwolf20v19 it doesn't load. I have added 3 other versions of MCPC+ but still no luck. There isn't even a log for it.

The libraries that MCPC+ downloads are corrupt, replace the libraries that MCPC+ downloads with the libraries that come with the DW20 server files.
