Details of the issue:

The game gets stuck on [Sound Library Loader/INFO]: Sound engine started and won't continue loading.​

Let it load longer.

If it doesn't work even after an extended period of time (10 minutes~~), click "Force update" in the options and try again.

I've done both those things and it still gets stuck on what I said earlier.

When I have these issues I go through a list of problem solvers.
1. Uninstall all java and reinstall 32bit and 64 bit
2. Update graphics card if its been a super long time.
3. Delete all the modapack contents you are trying to do.
4. If 3 does not work I delete all of FTB reinstall everything fresh and start over.
5. If none of that works I come here lol And if that does not help I play another modpack ha
Also make sure on your client side to not allocate more than 4gb of ram. And on your server side make sure you have at least 2GB of ram to the server.
