Direwolf20 (1.7.10)- Dragon Egg Recipe?

I cant seem to find a recipe in NEI on how to craft one, I know in previous version you could do this with Bees.
Has this changed?

if so it would be cool if you can add a recipe via MineTweaker for players that play on servers.

Magic bees I think, didn't see it in the modlist (not like I looked hard at the list, not my type of pack!)
