Direwolf20 1.7.10 | 1.0.3 Twlight Forest

So I am having an issue with twlight forest when the world gets created it lags down the server. I can get a perfect 20 tps all the time tell that world is in place. So for the moment I have the portal creation turned off and removed the world. Any thoughts or suggestions on this?

Server specs
cpu "I forget but should be more then enough"
Ram 8 gigs
space unlimited

only 12 players

Removed the world and locked the portal on my server to and all lagg disappeared so there might be something whit the world chunks.

make sure your server has min. 3.0 ghz!

mine seems to work fine, never had problems with the twilight except with the unstable ice cores..
